Job summary

Mediq Sverige AB in Kungsbacka, Sweden is seeking a Test & Training Manager to define and lead testing and training strategies for major transformation programs. You will ensure new systems and processes are validated and adopted across the organization, driving business readiness and reducing implementation risks.

In this role you will partner with senior stakeholders, design training materials, and oversee go-live readiness to enable successful program delivery and user adoption across Mediq

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading testing, training, or business readiness in large transformation or ERP programs.
• Strong knowledge of test management methodologies, business process validation, and training frameworks.
• Experience working with ERP implementations and complex cross-functional business environments.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders across functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (spoken and written).

• Lead and coordinate all testing activities, including integration, data migration, acceptance, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Develop and drive the overall training strategy, ensuring alignment with program milestones, releases, and go-live plans
• Manage the design, development, and deployment of training materials, learning content, and train-the-trainer initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, process owners, and subject matter experts to ensure business readiness and successful adoption
• Monitor testing quality, training effectiveness, program readiness, and provide input for Go/No-Go decisions

Key Responsibilities – What will you do?
