Job description

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Management roles.
  
• Strong expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies, STLC management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
  
• Domain experience in BFSI, preferably within the Nordic region.
  
• Extensive hands-on experience in end-to-end test management, including test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and quality governance across multiple testing phases.
  
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) to effectively collaborate with local business stakeholders, lead UAT activities, and manage client-facing communication.
  
• Strong experience working in Agile environments with hands-on exposure to test management and tracking tools such as JIRA.
  
• Expertise in quality metrics tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Proven ability to lead large QA teams and manage test governance across multi-vendor environments while ensuring compliance with business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Domain expertise in BFSI/Insurance with knowledge of claims, policy administration, and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR.
  
• Experience with test automation and CI/CD integration to support faster release cycles and improved regression testing coverage.
  
• Exposure to large-scale Agile SAFe delivery models with experience managing cross-team dependencies and coordinating testing across multiple squads.
  
• Familiarity with non-functional testing areas including performance, security, and accessibility testing.
  
• Lead end-to-end testing and validation activities to ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are validated before production release.
  
• Define and drive the overall test strategy, planning, governance, and execution aligned with Agile delivery models, CI/CD pipelines, and release schedules.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery squads to ensure alignment on scope, testing readiness, and defect resolution.
  
• Ensure complete test coverage across applications and releases by coordinating SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing activities across multiple squads, including formal sign-off management.
