Job summary

Stryker's Surgical Technologies team is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the Greater Stockholm area and Northern Sweden. The role focuses on building long-term customer partnerships with hospitals and healthcare systems while maintaining a strong patient-centric approach.

You'll travel regularly (60-70% in Stockholm, remainder in Northern Sweden), conduct product demonstrations, lead commercial discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of the Surgical Technologies portfolio across Greater Stockholm and Northern Sweden.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, healthcare systems, and purchasing organizations.
• Manage existing customer accounts by delivering ongoing commercial support and building long-term business partnerships.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
• Lead commercial discussions and support purchasing decisions with clinical and procurement stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations, manage order processes, and ensure effective follow-up throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues across business units to maximize customer value and identify new opportunities.
• Represent Stryker at industry congresses, professional events, and customer meetings to expand market presence and generate new business opportunities.
