Job summary

Dustin is seeking a dedicated Business Controller to own monthly reporting, forecasts, and budgets for its Technology organization. You’ll partner with tech leaders to translate financial insights into strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement across processes.

The role requires a master’s degree in economics or related field, at least 5 years in business controlling, and strong English communication in a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, Industrial Economics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Business Controlling role.
• Experience supporting Technology/IT/Product/Engineering organizations.
• Fluent English in professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Monthly Reporting, Forecasts and Budgets for Dustin's Technology organization.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to technology leaders with financial insights.
• Drive investment governance, cost follow-up, and business cases.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Control team.
