Job summary

Dustin AB is seeking a Business Controller to own monthly reporting, forecasts and budgets for Dustin's Technology organization. You will drive financial projects, business cases, and continuous improvement initiatives, acting as a trusted partner to technology leaders.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic objectives within Technology and Finance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, Industrial Economics, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Controlling role.
• Experience supporting a Technology, IT, Product, or Engineering organization and understanding financial drivers of a technology environment.
• Ability to communicate in English in a professional environment.

Your role & influence as Business Controller

Responsibility

You will take ownership of Monthly Reporting, Forecasts, and Budgets for Dustin's Technology organization, driving financial projects, business cases, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a trusted business partner to technology leaders, ensuring that financial insights are translated into better business decisions.

Collaboration

You will work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with technology leaders, and key stakeholders across the business, supporting alignment and driving business improvement.

Core activities

• Financial planning & follow-up: Drive budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis for the Technology organization.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with technology leaders, providing financial insights and decision support for strategic and operational initiatives.
• Investment & cost governance: Drive transparency and follow-up of Technology OPEX and CAPEX, supporting business cases, prioritization, and investment decisions.
• Continuous improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, structures, reporting, and ways of working within the Business Control team.
