Job summary

Dustin is seeking a Business Control Systems & BI Lead to own and develop technical financial processes, data, and reporting. You will ensure data governance, quality, and alignment with business needs, while Technology owns the systems. You will be accountable for how finance data and processes are defined, used, and improved.

You will collaborate with Finance and Technology to ensure efficient, well-governed processes supported by fit-for-purpose systems and data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and comfort bridging Finance stakeholders with technical teams.
• Experience in Business Control, Finance Systems, BI, or similar field.
• Experience with finance system implementations, upgrades, or ERP transformations.
• Ability balance operational duties with development initiatives.
• Hands-on with data models, system integrations, and translating needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop technical Business Control processes across planning, forecasting, reporting, and follow-up.
• Define and govern financial data models and structures for quality and usability.
• Act as primary interface to Technology, aligning business needs with solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvements and automation with Tech collaboration.

Take the lead in shaping the financial data, technical processes, and reporting capabilities that support Business Control. In this role, you will own and develop the finance data and technical processes, ensuring they continuously evolve to meet business needs - always in close collaboration with Technology. While Technology holds the technical system ownership, this role carries the technical process ownership and business responsibility for Business Control systems and BI.

You will combine hands‑on operational work with strategic development initiatives, creating the foundation for improved financial insights, governance, and decision‑making. This is a key role in bridging Finance and Tech, ensuring that business requirements are translated into sustainable, high‑quality solutions.

As Dustin continues to strengthen its data‑driven decision‑making capabilities, this role will play a critical part in modernizing how financial data and processes are managed, governed, and developed - driving transparency, efficiency, and control within the Business Control function.
