Job summary

Dustin is seeking a Business Control Systems & BI Lead to own and develop technical financial processes, data, and reporting. You will ensure data governance, quality, and alignment with business needs, while Technology owns the systems. You will be accountable for how finance data and processes are defined, used, and improved.

You will collaborate with Finance and Technology to ensure efficient, well-governed processes supported by fit-for-purpose systems and data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and comfort bridging Finance stakeholders with technical teams.
Experience in Business Control, Finance Systems, BI, or similar field.
Experience with finance system implementations, upgrades, or ERP transformations.
Ability balance operational duties with development initiatives.
Hands-on with data models, system integrations, and translating needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

Own and develop technical Business Control processes across planning, forecasting, reporting, and follow-up.
Define and govern financial data models and structures for quality and usability.
Act as primary interface to Technology, aligning business needs with solutions.
Drive continuous process improvements and automation with Tech collaboration.
Support and evolve BI and reporting capabilities to strengthen insights.
Lead long-term development of Business Control processes aligned with strategy.
