The Finance Partner provides senior-level financialexpertiseand acts as a trusted business partner for Tech Consulting. The roleis responsible forplanning, coordinating, and controlling operational finance activities within an assigned scope, supporting management decision-making and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate operational finance activities within the assigned Tech Consulting area.
- Define and execute FC&A plans,objectives, and forecasts in line with business goals.
- Monitor financial performance against targets and proactively communicate insights, deviations, and improvement opportunities to business management.
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders, supporting profitability, investments, and operational decision-making.
- Apply and support the implementation ofTietoevryfinance tools, methods, and processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and ways of working, incorporating relevant market best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Finance colleagues and cross-functional partners across the organization.
- Contribute financeexpertiseto cross-organizational initiatives when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8–12+ years of relevant experience in Finance, ideally within Finance Business Partnering, Controlling, or senior Finance specialist roles.
- Strong overall finance competence, with advancedexpertisein areas such as controlling, forecasting, and performance management.
- Experience from publicly listed companies and compliance-driven environments is an advantage.
- Experience working in international, multicultural organizations is preferred.
- Proven ability to influence decisions through financialexpertise, data, and professional credibility.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to improve existing processes and ways of working.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset.
