Job summary

Dustin is seeking a Business Control Systems & BI Lead to own and develop financial data, processes, and reporting capabilities. You will bridge Finance and Tech, define data models, ensure governance, and drive automation to improve insights and governance across the Business Control landscape.

You will combine hands-on operations with strategic development, guiding the long-term vision for BI and reporting while partnering with Technology to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience bridging Finance and IT teams.
• Hands-on with BI platforms such as Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience with finance systems implementations or ERP transformations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop technical Business Control processes across planning, forecasting, reporting and follow-up.
• Define and govern financial data models and structures for quality and usability.
• Act as the primary interface to Technology, driving requirements and alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Drive automation and continuous process improvements in collaboration with Tech.
• Support and evolve BI and reporting capabilities to strengthen financial insights.
• Lead long-term development of Business Control processes aligned with business strategy.
