We are looking for colleagues in the role of Technical Writer for surface radar systems. As a Technical Writer, you gather and analyze information and use it to create documentation for the customer. The radar systems are complex and a manual can comprise up to several thousand pages.
You will work independently, as well as in a group of colleagues. Your role requires frequent contact with subject matter experts and other project members.
Our manuals are written in an XML-based production environment, in Swedish or English, and follow the international specification S1000D.
You are a fast learner and you have the ability to convey factual information clearly and concisely. You find it easy to understand complex products and advanced technology, you might have a Master of Science degree, or a degree in Technical Communication. You are passionate about making information accessible to others. You have excellent communication skills, both in speech and in writing, and you are fluent in Swedish and English.
