Qualifications

• Excellent level of English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
• Adobe Acrobat (experience with Illustrator is a plus)
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS); XML and DITA are considered an advantage
• The ability to work in a structured and methodical way
• Experience handling work during periods of high workload
