Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all technicians on site.
• Plan shift rosters and ensure proper staffing.
• Holiday planning.
• Plan daily operations and long-term tasks.
• Coordinate optimization of the technical facility and improvements.
• Prioritize and allocate resources across tasks.
• Coordinate service agreements with subcontractors.
• Train and onboard new technicians.
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules and maintain documentation.
• Maintain good relations with customers and report on operations.
• Participate in meetings and prepare reports.
