Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Technical Team Leader to lead and coordinate the on-site technical team responsible for the operation of critical installations in our DCS department. You will monitor daily activities, plan maintenance, and drive improvements in collaboration with the Critical Facility Manager.

The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, with close interaction with customers and subcontractors.

• Technical education and broad technical knowledge, with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the on-site technical team.
• Plan shift schedules and ensure full staffing.
• Plan daily operations and long-term tasks.
• Oversee optimization of the facility and implement improvements.
• Coordinate service agreements and subcontractors.
• Train and onboard technicians.
• Ensure HSE compliance and documentation.
• Prepare reports and monitor overall technical operation.
• Maintain good relations with customers.
• Participate in meetings and provide updates.
