Job summary

ABB Motor and Generators sales team in Västerås seeks a technically minded Sales Support Specialist. You will translate customer specifications into optimized technical solutions and tailored offers, supporting Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers with technical expertise throughout the sales process.

You will collaborate with internal teams and the factory to develop high-quality proposals, engage in technical discussions with customers, and ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams locally and globally.
• Structured approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
• Service-oriented and able to understand customer requirements to provide optimal solutions.
• Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.
