Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience or strong technical understanding of hardware, electronics, embedded firmware or software development.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary product development projects.
• Ability to understand and challenge technical work without hands-on engineering.
• Strong experience coordinating internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate an early-stage product development project with hardware, embedded firmware and motor systems.
• Assess feasibility, define required investment, identify risks and prepare business material for senior management.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams and production stakeholders across hardware, firmware and mechanical disciplines.
• Support ongoing project management, communication, documentation and process improvement after feasibility.
