Project Manager - Verification & Validation, Electromobility

Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive the test strategy and verification plan for electromobility projects and product changes. This role involves overseeing the testing process from early-phase testing to user acceptance testing, ensuring high-quality, reliable products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Drive Test Strategy:
  • Lead the creation and implementation of test strategies and verification plans for projects and product changes.
  • Ensure thorough testing across all phases, from early testing to final user acceptance testing.
• Secure Test Equipment and Resources:
  • Oversee the acquisition of necessary test equipment, including rigs and vehicles.
  • Ensure the availability of resources for effective testing procedures.
• Collaborate with Verification and Development Teams:
  • Work closely with verification teams, development teams, and other relevant departments to ensure cohesive and efficient testing processes.
  • Coordinate planning and follow-up activities to ensure alignment and project success.
• Project Management:
  • Play a key role in the Project Management Team to ensure the delivery of quality-assured products.
  • Present testing status and risks to the Project Manager and Complete System Management Team.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager within development projects, with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a structured approach to work.
• Strong ability to collect and analyze information from various sources.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Leadership capabilities to motivate and drive a team towards project goals.

Required Competencies:

• Experience in hardware and software product development, particularly for commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge in the development and verification of electrical driveline and energy storage systems.
• Proficiency in Design Verification Planning (DVP) and familiarity with industry-standard IT tools.
• Understanding of waterfall principles in product development processes.
