Job summary

TUSA Energi AB in Boden seeks a highly structured Technical Office Manager to oversee on‑site technical office operations and documentation control for major energy projects.

You will coordinate between engineering teams, project managers, and site execution, ensuring compliance with Swedish standards and contract terms. English and Swedish fluency are required; Turkish is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in Technical Office, Design Coordination, or Engineering Management on large construction/energy projects.
• Knowledge of design management, submittal processes, and quality control.
• Familiarity with Swedish standards (AB/ABT) is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with CAD tools, PM software and EDMS.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish; Turkish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the site's Technical Office.
• Oversee technical documentation control (submittals, RFIs, design updates, as-builts).
• Coordinate technical matters between engineering teams, PM, and site execution teams.
• Ensure compliance with Swedish building regulations and project specs.
• Support contract administration and review design variations or scope changes.
• Assist with progress tracking, quantity surveying, and reporting to leadership.
• Maintain communication between local site teams and international offices.
