Job summary

Alfa Laval Lund is seeking a Nuclear Bid Engineer to enable stable bid processes for customers in the nuclear industry. You will analyze customer specs, prepare clarification lists, and translate demands into heat exchanger features, working with internal experts and global sales. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, preferably nuclear.
• Experience in manufacturing and knowledge of nuclear codes and standards (ISO/EN, ASTM/ASME/PED).
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Ability to work across functions and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer technical specifications and prepare clarification/deviation lists.
• Provide and optimize cost and lead time of special components.
• Take active role in clarification meetings with the customer.
• Cooperate with central functions, experts and salespeople.
• Quote spare parts for Gasketed Plate Exchangers in installed base.
