Job summary

TD SYNNEX Nordics seeks a technical pre-sales professional to drive IBM software solutions across Europe, bridging partners, sales, and engineering. You will lead discovery, demonstrate capabilities, and shape PoC/PoV activities to accelerate digital transformation for customers.

Responsibilities include delivering workshops, coordinating proposals, and maintaining up-to-date IBM knowledge while collaborating with regional teams in a hybrid work setting in Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Understanding of enterprise software solutions; experience with IBM software technologies is desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud and hybrid environments, APIs, integrations, data platforms, identity management, security, and automation concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Confidence delivering workshops, product demonstrations, and PoC/PoV activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with partners and customers to understand objectives and requirements.
• Recommend and position IBM software solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, webinars, and technical briefings for technical and business audiences.
• Scope and support PoC/PoV activities with success criteria and resource coordination.
• Contribute to proposals, RFI/RFP responses, statements of work, and partner quotations.
• Validate solution fit by assessing integrations, sizing, deployment considerations, risks.
• Provide technical training and knowledge transfer for partner success.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Solution Architects, IBM specialists, and regional sales teams.
