Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Consultant and Team Lead for its Product & Systems Engineering unit in Sweden. You will lead a team, work on system engineering and requirements for product and systems, spanning SW and HW, with model-based engineering and security standards. The role combines team leadership with client delivery.

You will recruit, mentor and grow capabilities, contribute to technical solutions and proposals, and support career development while engaging in delivery to clients globally.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering or similar.
• 5-8 years of experience as an advanced System Engineer or Technical lead.
• Experience as Team Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar is advantageous.
• Fluency in English, and preferably Swedish language.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new team members and support, develop and mentor the members in the team.
• Support the Engineering Unit Manager with recruitment, business growth, retention, etc.
• Manage and support career development for your team.
• Contribute to technical solutions/sales activities of new projects.
• Work on technical customer proposals and be part of technical delivery/assignment to our clients.
