Job summary

Capgemini Engineering, a global engineering services leader, seeks a Consultant and Team Lead for its Product & Systems Engineering unit in Sweden. You will work across SW & HW, applying Model Based Engineering and following Functional Safety and Cyber Security standards, contributing to electrical and electronics product system levels.

This role blends team responsibility with consultancy in delivery, recruiting and mentoring, supporting business growth, and helping craft technical proposals

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as an advanced System Engineer or technical lead.
• Experience as Team Lead, Scrum Master, or Project Manager is advantageous.
• Fluency in English, and preferably Swedish.

Your role

We are looking for a Consultant and Team Lead to our Product & Systems Engineering unit. You will work with System Engineering and requirements on Product & Systems, both in SW & HW domain. Often Model Based Engineering including to follow Functional Safety and Cybers Security standards. You will also work within electrical and electronics on product & System level, for example as electrical or electronics engineer within power supply, electrical machines & battery systems. The role will be a combination of team responsibility and being a consultant in our delivery.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Recruit new team members and support, develop and mentor the members in the team
• Support the Engineering Unit Manager with recruitment, business growth, retention etc.
• Manage and support career development for your team
• Contribute to technical solutions/sales activities of new projects
• Work on technical customer proposals
• Be part of technical delivery/assignment to our clients

Your profile

• A degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering or similar
• 5-8 years of experience as an advanced System Engineer, Technical lead, or similar
• Experience as Team Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar is advantageous
• Fluency in English, and preferably in Swedish language
