Job summary

Thule is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team in Hillerstorp. You will support hiring managers across the recruitment process, from defining profiles to coordinating interviews and extending offers.

You will focus on creating a positive candidate experience, proactive sourcing, and continuous improvement of our processes, while collaborating closely with the TA Lead and stakeholders across the business. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

• University degree and a couple of years in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in sourcing and proactively identifying candidates.
• Structured and professional recruitment process design.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Define profiles, set up clear processes and coordinate interviews.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and engage the talent market.
• Improve recruitment processes and ways of working with the team.
