Job description

Want to help us bring the right people into Thule and create a great candidate experience along the way? At Thule, we believe that our people are at the heart of what we do. Together, we create products that inspire an active life and help people bring what they love, wherever their adventures take them.

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team in Hillerstorp. If you enjoy working closely with people, like taking ownership of your processes, and are motivated by finding great talent while continuously improving how we recruit, this could be the opportunity for you.

What you’ll do at Thule

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and act as a hands‑on partner from start to finish. This includes understanding the recruitment need, helping define the profile, setting up a clear process, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth journey through to offer and hire.

A key part of the role is creating a positive and professional candidate experience. You will make sure candidates receive clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process, while keeping hiring managers informed and engaged at every stage.

Sourcing will also be an important part of your work. You will identify and engage relevant candidates through different channels and approaches, building a strong understanding of the talent market and the profiles needed across Thule.

Working closely with the TA Lead, you will also contribute to continuously improving our recruitment processes and ways of working. This could involve identifying opportunities to create more structure, improve the candidate experience, or make our recruitment processes more efficient and effective.

The role offers a varied combination of recruitment delivery, stakeholder collaboration, candidate interaction, and continuous improvement. You will be part of a team where we support each other, share knowledge, and work together to build an effective Talent Acquisition function.

What you bring

To be successful in this role, we believe you have a university degree and a couple of years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with hands‑on responsibility for managing recruitment processes. Experience in sourcing and proactively identifying candidates is important, as is an understanding of how to create a structured and professional recruitment process.

You enjoy working closely with hiring managers and are comfortable taking ownership of your recruitment processes. A structured and proactive approach helps you keep multiple processes moving while ensuring that both candidates and stakeholders receive the attention and communication they need.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You build trust easily, know how to manage expectations, and understand the importance of providing a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.

Curiosity and a willingness to improve are also important. You are interested in finding better ways of working and enjoy contributing to the development of processes and practices together with your colleagues. Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is required for the role.

Why you should join Thule

At Thule, we believe in strong teamwork both within your own team but also cross functional between teams. We strive to be an open and curious organization, sharing our knowledge and inspiring one another.

Within Thule you will find people who have a passion for the products we make and the outdoor company we are. We share the same values, and we like to have fun. All of our employees have a joint responsibility to maintain that spirit and contribute to it.

Thule is a global sports and outdoor company. We offer high-quality products with smart features and a sustainable design that make it easy for people across the globe to live an active life. Under the motto Bring your life — and with a focus on consumer-driven innovation and long-term sustainability — we develop, manufacture and market products within the product categories Sport & Cargo Carriers (roof racks, roof boxes and carriers for transporting cycling, water and winter sports equipment, and rooftop tents mounted on a car), Active with Kids & Dogs (car seats, strollers, bike trailers, child bike seats and dog transport), RV Products (awnings, bike carriers and tents for RVs and caravans) and Bags & Mounts (backpacks, luggage and performance mounts).
