Electrolux Group is seeking a Subject Matter Expert Talent Acquisition for the EMEA/APAC regions. You will champion global TA processes and digital tools, ensuring strong regional adoption and continuous improvement.

You’ll connect regional needs with Global Talent Acquisition and help transform how we recruit across borders. You’ll lead training, coordinate change requests, and support onboarding of new Talent Acquisition Partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate Talent Acquisition experience or TA coordination with strong IT systems skills.
• Knowledge of end-to-end TA processes and recruiting tech like ATS/Workday and LinkedIn.
• Ability to be the go-to person for process/system questions and guidance.

Responsabilités

• Act as regional go-to for Global TA processes and recruiting tools across EMEA/APAC.
• Represent region in Global TA SME Community and share regional needs.
• Drive regional SME collaboration with the wider TA team and Global TA SME.
