Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Sweden is seeking a Systems Engineer to support mega projects, driving excellence in requirements management and verification. You will assist engineers and field experts in requirements analysis to help prioritize needs across multiple customers and balance risks and timelines.

Join a diverse team, contribute to consistent working methodologies across programs, and report on project KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience with requirements management and its governing principles.
• Experience in large complex projects and within the high voltage business is a merit.
• Experience from working in large projects with technical detailed contract requirements that the customer requires to be verified is a merit.
• Attention to detail and accurate handling of requirements and verification information is critical for project success.
• Experience building statistics and extracting KPIs using Excel or PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Support the project and engineering disciplines with the requirements management tools and to collect and present statistics and KPI:s.
• Assist engineers and field experts in the requirements analysis to evaluate, prioritize, and balance customer needs across multiple projects.
• Provide process and method guidance, along with hands-on support for the project.
• Maintain a consistent way of working across programs and coordinate between different projects.
• Directly support engineering leaders and engineers delivering extensive requirements analysis under tight schedules.
