• Experience with requirements management and governing principles.
• Experience on large, complex projects; high voltage a merit.
• Experience in projects with verifiable contract requirements.
• Attention to detail critical for accurate requirements handling.
• Experience building statistics and KPIs in Excel/PowerBI.
