Qualifications
- Experience with requirements management and governing principles.
- Experience in large, complex projects, preferably in high-voltage.
- Ability to extract KPIs and present data clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable verification.
Responsibilities
- Support requirements management as a structured process across projects.
- Assist engineers with requirements analysis, reviews, prioritization, and balancing needs.
- Provide guidance and hands-on support for consistent methodologies.
- Collect and present statistics and KPIs using Excel or PowerBI.
- Track risks, timelines and deliverables, coordinating between projects.
- Support engineering leaders in delivering analyses under tight schedules.
