Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Sweden is seeking a Systems Engineer to support mega projects, focusing on requirements management, verification, and delivering quality aligned with contract and customer expectations.

You will assist engineers and field experts in requirements analysis, enabling evaluation, prioritisation, and balancing needs across multiple customers while maintaining a consistent methodology across programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with requirements management and governing principles.
• Experience in large, complex high voltage projects is a merit.
• Experience handling contract requirements to be verified is a merit.
• Transparent, responsible culture with energy, innovation and commitment.
• Experience building statistics and KPIs in Excel or Power BI.
• Attention to detail; accurate handling of requirements and verification data.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen requirements-management as a governed, structured process.
• Support engineers through requirements analysis to balance needs.
• Provide tools and statistical support including KPI collection.
• Direct support for engineering leaders delivering extensive requirements analysis under pressure.
• Ensure consistent methodology across programs and coordinate between projects.
