Job Description
The role of Systems Engineer involves supporting key mega projects to ensure project quality and delivery according to contract and customer expectations. You will drive excellence in requirements and verification management, enabling engineers and field experts to evaluate, prioritize, and balance the diverse needs of multiple customers.
Responsibilities
- Build trust in requirements management as a structured process, establishing it as a governing tool for project success.
- Support engineers and in‑field experts with requirements analysis, review, assessment, prioritization, and balancing of needs across multiple and diverse customers.
- Provide process and methods guidance, hands‑on support, and maintain a consistent working methodology across projects.
- Collect and present statistics and KPIs related to requirements management using tools such as Excel or PowerBI.
- Track and report on all project aspects—risks, timelines, and deliverables—coordinating between different projects.
- Directly support engineering leaders and engineers in delivering extensive requirements analysis under pressure to keep tight schedules.
Qualifications
- Experience working with requirements management and its governing principles.
- Experience in large complex projects and, preferably, within the high‑voltage business.
- Experience with technical detailed contract requirements that need verification.
- Ability to build statistics and extract KPIs (e.g., in Excel or PowerBI).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate handling of requirements and verification information.
