• Support goods handling, mail inquiries, remote reception, and workplace projects.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of workplace services.
• Future scope includes access management and identification services.
• Attend to switchboard operations and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate for emergency communications when required.
• Act as superuser for workplace systems and assist users as needed.
