Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical customer facing roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud services and security best practices.
• CSP level certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with expert guidance on deployment and support.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers.
