Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of capital, fit-out, refurbishment, infrastructure, and workplace projects in Sweden. You will act as Principal Contractor, driving safe, commercial, and best-in-class delivery while interfacing with clients and supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years' project management experience in construction, fit-out, M&E, FM, or capital delivery.
• Proven Principal Contractor experience with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification: PMP, PRINCE2, APM PMQ, or equivalent.
• IOSH Managing Safely and/or SMSTS; strong CDM knowledge.
• Desirable: NEBOSH, Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, CEng), or sustainability qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery across multiple concurrent projects within scope, budget, programme, and quality requirements.
• Maintain portfolio oversight, governance, and reporting across all assigned projects.
• Hold full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and contractor procurement.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, Principal Contractor obligations, and all QHSE requirements.
