Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Sweden is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of real estate projects and build a solid foundation for your career in project management. Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate or a related discipline.
• Some experience or internship exposure within project management, construction or real estate is preferred.
• Understanding of the project lifecycle and key project management principles.
• Awareness of project management tools and techniques.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and build relationships.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in defining project success criteria, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Support the planning and coordination of quality, health, safety and environmental activities.
• Help establish effective project governance, processes and systems throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor and document project progress and key performance indicators.
• Track and manage project risks, issues and changes.
• Conduct background research, data analysis and benchmarking.
• Prepare clear project reports and communication materials.
• Support coordination across project teams, consultants and stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and prepare agendas, minutes and action trackers.

At Turner & Townsend, we’re passionate about making a difference. In this role of Junior Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of exciting real estate projects and build a strong foundation for your career in project management.

As Junior Project Manager, you’ll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, which may include commercial offices and workplace fit‑outs, retail and mixed‑use developments, hospitality, education buildings and/or industrial and logistics developments. Projects can range from small refurbishments to large‑scale, complex developments, often delivered in fast‑paced and high‑profile environments.

You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and clients, gaining hands‑on exposure across the full project lifecycle. This role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to grow quickly in a collaborative environment.
