Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Integration Manager to join our Data Centre team in Sweden. You will lead integration activities across design, construction and handover, coordinating internal and external teams on complex multi-vendor projects.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, on-site presence in Sweden, and proven experience in data centre infrastructure. You will report to the Data Centre Lead and work with global clients.

Qualifications

• Lead integration activities through Design, Construction, and Close-Out phases; coordinating internal and external teams.
• Attend and contribute to multi-disciplinary design and construction workgroups (CSA, Telecoms, Security, Cross-Group).
• Run key meetings and provide progress reports, collaborate to resolve issues, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Ensure flow of information between all parties to the contract is effective and timely.
• Provide constructability, scheduling, phasing, and risk input to protect committed project milestones.
