Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Sweden is seeking a Project Manager to lead and support projects across the Swedish real estate market. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and stakeholder engagement while collaborating with clients, consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate or related field.
• Strong experience in Project Management within the real estate sector, ideally across retail and office projects.
• Good understanding of project planning, delivery and governance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive and collaborative approach.
• Recognised Project Management Qualification is desired.
• Experience with MS Project is preferred, and AutoCAD would be an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

You’ll take responsibility for your own projects or support more complex commissions, working closely with clients, contractors and experienced colleagues.
