Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to deliver real estate and infrastructure assignments in Sweden. You will lead projects or support complex commissions, collaborating with clients, consultants and contractors in a fast‑moving, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities include managing scope, budget and schedule, building strong relationships, and ensuring governance and reporting across the project lifecycle. A proactive, collaborative mindset and PM qualifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate or related discipline.
• Strong PM experience in real estate sector, ideally across retail and office projects.
• Good understanding of project planning, delivery and governance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive and collaborative approach.
• Recognised Project Management Qualification is desired.
• Experience with MS Project is preferred; AutoCAD is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support delivery of projects from concept to completion.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Manage scope, programme, budget and resources to meet objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and support collaboration.
• Monitor performance across time, cost and quality; take action as needed.
• Manage risks, issues and change control throughout lifecycle.
• Support procurement activities and manage interfaces with suppliers and contractors.
• Maintain governance, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting and invoicing.
• Contribute to client relationships, business development and process improvement.
