Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Sweden is seeking a Project Manager to drive real estate development, refurbishment, and fit-out projects from planning through execution and handover.

You will coordinate diverse teams, monitor scope, budget and schedule, and ensure high-quality delivery while building strong client relationships across occupier, investor and landlord projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate, construction, or project management in Sweden.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead real estate development, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project scope, budget, programme, quality, and risk; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with procurement processes and consultant/contractor management per Swedish regulations.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, schedules, and client presentations.
