Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Stockholm is seeking a proactive Senior Recruiter to support talent acquisition across our European business. This hands-on, end-to-end role focuses on attracting and hiring project managers, cost managers, and controls specialists for our Industrial, Science & Technology team in Europe, and Nordic markets.

You will work with the European recruitment team, promote best practices, and ensure a positive candidate experience while navigating local markets and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in recruiting or talent acquisition in corporate or agency settings.
• Experience recruiting for construction/industrial projects and related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for the designated area across Europe.
• Identify, source, and engage active candidates in Nordic and European markets.
• Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and mobility teams to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Maintain data accuracy in the ATS (SmartRecruiters) and ensure process compliance.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and provide market insights to stakeholders.
