This is an exciting time to join our business, offering the opportunity to play a key role in our growth, influence how we deliver projects across the region, and contribute to the success of some of the world's leading organisations.

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Projects to lead our Principal Delivery team across Sweden. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind growing our existing client accounts and actively going out to market to secure new business—all while championing and expanding our Principal Delivery model.
Principal Delivery is an alternative delivery model in which we contract directly with our clients and downstream vendors. Under this model, we manage, allocate risk, and oversee budgets for schedules, quality, and facilities, while taking full ownership of all administrative, procurement, and payment processes for suppliers.
This is a high-impact, hybrid leadership role. Initially, you will take a hands-on approach to project delivery alongside country management. As the project volume grows and the team expands, the role will transition into a strategic, senior leadership position focused on scaling our Principal Delivery offerings across the region, driving sales pipelines, and building a high-performing team.
Lead Principal Delivery: Lead, inspire, and grow our Principal Delivery team across Sweden and the Nordics, driving an alternative delivery model that directly contracts with clients and manages downstream vendors.
Build and Mentor: Recruit, train, and retain a top-tier project management team, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a culture of excellence.
Governance & Safety: Ensure the safe, compliant delivery of all projects in strict adherence to QHSE standards, local legislation, and corporate governance.
Drive Growth: Take overall responsibility for generating sales pipelines and exceeding annual financial targets through proactive business development and client acquisition.
Secure New Works: Go out to market to win new projects, develop and manage bids/tenders, and lead the sales process through innovative solutions and client presentations.
Forge Partnerships: Build strong relationships with supply partners and clients to bring innovative, cost-effective solutions to the market under the Principal Delivery framework.
P&L Accountability: Manage monthly P&Ls, oversee financial planning, and ensure project costs are fully accountable and recoverable.
Maximize Margins: Leverage margins by working strategically with subcontractors and suppliers to reduce costs without compromising quality.
Cash Flow & Reporting: Maintain positive cash flow, ensure debt control under 60 days, and chair monthly project review meetings with key internal stakeholders.
Minimum of 10 years of experience working for blue-chip companies in a customer-facing capacity.
Proven track record of leading, growing, and scaling a project management business unit.
Extensive hands-on experience managing large, complex operational projects (up to $5M) within the Construction or Facilities Management (FM) industry.
Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional chartership (e.g., Chartered Building Surveyor, CIOB, or Chartered Engineer in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
Business Development: Demonstrated success in driving financial growth, securing new works, and negotiating major contracts.
Leadership & Communication: Exceptional ability to inspire cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across all business levels.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of best-in-class CAPEX planning, risk management, and statutory compliance.
Administrative Proficiency: Good IT skills, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proactive, autonomous, and confident with strong commercial acumen.
