Turner & Townsend is seeking a dynamic Head of Projects to lead our Principal Delivery team across Sweden. You will drive growth, manage client accounts, and scale our delivery model while collaborating with country leadership.

The role combines hands-on project delivery with strategic leadership, and requires a strong track record in blue-chip environments, finance management, and complex operations within Construction/FM.

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with blue-chip companies in a customer-facing capacity.
• Proven track record of leading, growing, and scaling a project management business unit.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing large, complex operational projects (up to $5M) in Construction/FM.

Mansioni

• Lead Principal Delivery team across Sweden and the Nordics.
• Recruit, train, and retain a top-tier PM team.
• Drive sales pipelines and exceed annual financial targets.
• Go out to market to win new projects, develop bids/tenders, and lead the sales process.
• Manage monthly P&Ls and ensure project costs are recoverable.
