Job summary

SATS Sverige seeks a high-impact Head of Operations to lead gym operations across Sweden. You will drive profitability, member satisfaction and growth through strategic leadership and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will shape the organization by developing regional leaders, aligning with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Nordic functions, and delivering a best-in-class member experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading operations across multiple locations.
• Strong track record of driving operational performance and profitable growth.
• Experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement.
• Data-driven with strong KPI and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the operations of our gyms in Sweden, focusing on profitable growth, member satisfaction, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Lead the operational organization through Regional Managers, developing independent leaders with clear accountability.
• Drive Operational Excellence across all gyms with high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
• Create a strong, consistent member experience through people, training, service and daily delivery.
• Use data, KPIs and member insights to set priorities and drive measurable results.
• Develop organization, leadership and culture to sustain performance over time.
• Lead major changes, including Nordic operational model, ensuring impact across Sweden.
