Job summary

SATS seeks an Assistant Club Manager to support the Club Manager in daily gym operations, focusing on a clean, welcoming environment and outstanding member service. You will occasionally run the gym in the Club Manager's absence, with shifts that include early mornings, late evenings and weekends. The role is 75%, start date 1/9-2026.

You will work closely with the team, fluent in Swedish and English, and contribute to SATS values: Members First, Accountable, Professional, and Extraordinary.

Qualifications

• Organized, proactive, and like to take responsibility.
• Interest in cleaning, sales, and customer service.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean and safe gym: Make sure all surfaces are cleaned, well-maintained, and meet SATS's high standards.
• Drive sales and growth: Collaborate with the team to welcome new members, market services, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Provide outstanding member service: Be present in the gym and reception, answer questions, and ensure every member feels valued.
• Support daily operations: Help with administrative tasks, scheduling, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Work flexible hours: Your shifts may vary between early mornings, late evenings, and weekends to ensure the best possible presence at the gym.
