SATS in Stockholm area seeks an Assistant Club Manager to support the Club Manager in daily gym operations, with a focus on cleanliness, sales and member service. You will help ensure the gym is welcoming, well-kept and provides the best experience for our members.

When the Club Manager is away, you take over responsibilities to keep everything running smoothly. This role offers an active, varied daily routine and a path to growth within SATS Academy.

Qualifications

• Speak Swedish and English fluently.
• Enjoy working with people and providing excellent service.
• Be organized, proactive and take responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Ensure a clean and safe gym: Make sure all areas are cleaned, well-maintained and meet SATS' high standards.
• Drive sales and growth: Collaborate with the team to welcome new members, market services and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Provide outstanding member service: Be present in the gym and reception, answer questions and ensure every member feels valued.
• Support daily operations: Help with administrative tasks, scheduling and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Work flexible hours: Your shifts may vary between early mornings, late evenings and weekends to ensure the best possible presence at the gym.
