Job summary

Capri Sun is building a Swedish organization and seeks a Customer Service and Supply Planner to drive flawless order-to-cash execution and robust forecasting for our local warehouse and German manufacturing operations.

You will manage customer orders, data in SAP, and collaborate across Sales, Production and Planning to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and optimize stock levels in Sweden.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in customer service, order management or supply chain.
• Experience in FMCG is preferred.
• Strong problem solving and cross functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders end to end.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing and order data in SAP.
• Resolve customer claims and service issues.
• Coordinate supply, promotions and product launches.
• Improve forecast accuracy and coordinate S&OP.
