Job summary

Capri-Sun Group in Sweden seeks a Marketing Activation Manager to shape the local consumer and trade marketing strategy. You will lead brand planning, activation programs, and cross-functional collaboration with regional and global teams to tailor global strategies to the Swedish market.

You will translate consumer insights into actionable activation and portfolio recommendations, while working with retailers to drive in-store execution and performance. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of consumer marketing experience in FMCG or similar fast-paced industry.
• Strong commercial mindset with understanding of sales and customer dynamics.
• Data-driven, able to translate insights into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead local development of the annual brand plan, including portfolio strategy, innovation pipeline, promotional strategy and communication priorities.
• Collaborate with local, regional and global teams to adapt global strategies to local market dynamics.
• Establish local media strategy and execute relevant BTL activation programs to strengthen brand awareness.
• Partner with Sales and Key Account Managers to develop customer-specific activation plans with retailers and manage external field sales force.
• Track category, brand and customer performance and evaluate promotions to improve ROI.
