Tele2 Austria is seeking a Supply Planner to take ownership of supply planning for a specific product category. The successful candidate will work on ensuring optimal stock levels while collaborating closely with various teams, including Product Management and Sales.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset and experience in supply chain planning. You will participate in the S&OP process and drive continuous improvement initiatives, while engaging with third-party logistics partners and suppliers to enhance operational efficiency.

About the job

As a Supply Planner at Tele2, you will be part of our Supply Chain Planning team, taking ownership of a specific product category. Your core mission is to ensure we have the right amount of stock available to fulfill customer orders and deliver equipment on time — without tying up unnecessary capital in inventory. It is a balancing act that requires both analytical precision and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) will be one of your key processes, and you will work closely with colleagues across the organization, from Product Management and Sales to Commercial teams, to reach agreements on supply and demand forecasts. You will also be in regular contact with our third‑party logistics partners (3PL) and the suppliers connected to your product category. You will also play an active role in embedding our newly implemented ERP system, IFS, into daily planning operations.

• Own demand and replenishment planning for your product category, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Actively participate in the S&OP process, collaborating with commercial, finance and product teams to align supply with demand forecasts, promotions and new product launches.
• Drive KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives within supply planning.
• Contribute to the further development of planning tools, processes and ways of working, including automation and AI.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and cost targets.

What success looks like

You will be measured on your ability to maintain strong on‑time delivery performance while optimizing inventory turnover and keeping working capital at healthy levels — finding the right balance between availability and cost efficiency.

Who are you?

• Have a university degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Find data analysis natural and are comfortable working with systems and digital tools, including our ERP system IFS.
• Embrace automation and AI as ways to continuously improve and optimize.
• Are a process‑oriented thinker who enjoys cross‑functional collaboration.
• Communicate clearly and can align stakeholders with different priorities.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience from supply chain planning is a plus, as is familiarity with the telecom industry.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with ERP transitions or post‑go‑live adoption
• Experience in the AI and automation field
