Job summary

Capri Sun Group is seeking a Marketing Activation Manager for Sweden to build and lead the local activation agenda for our iconic Capri-Sun brand. You will shape the annual brand plan, align with global strategies, and drive consumer-facing campaigns across markets.

You will collaborate with local and regional teams, manage the activation calendar, and translate shopper insights into compelling activation and pricing strategies, contributing to distribution and in-store excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of consumer marketing experience in FMCG or similar fast-paced industry with solid knowledge of the Swedish market.
• Strong commercial mindset with brand-building and sales/customer dynamics.
• Excellent project management, analytical and communication skills.
• Data-driven approach with ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Proactive, resilient and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local development of the annual brand plan, including portfolio strategy, innovation pipeline, promotional strategy and communication priorities.
• Collaborate with local, regional and global teams and external partners to adapt global strategies to local market dynamics.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and drive portfolio, assortment, pricing and innovation strategies.
• Set clear priorities across SKUs, channels and customers to maximize business performance.
• Establish the local media strategy and lead its execution; develop and implement BTL activation programs.
