Job summary

Nordic Hotels & Resorts at Six Brasserie seeks an ambitious Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to uphold exceptional service, high quality, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef with leadership responsibilities.
Michelin star experience is preferable, but not essential.
Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Be comfortable working in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen.
Take responsibility during service and support the team.
Be structured, reliable and solution-oriented.
Have a strong passion for food and craftsmanship.
Be eager to develop professionally within a strong kitchen organisation.

Responsibilities

Lead kitchen operations during service in coordination with Head and Executive Chef.
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to maintain quality and service standards.
Support and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Drive continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
