Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a qualified professional to support the HUGO robotic system deployment across hospitals in Sweden. The role includes installation oversight, training clinicians, and coordinating program goals with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, etc.).
• Fluent in Swedish and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with robotic program stakeholders to develop goals and metrics for HUGO RAS system.
• Conduct regular program review meetings to stay on track.
• Develop a surgeon training plan and coordinate attendance at Medtronic off-site training; proctored cases as needed.
• Develop training plans to support staff through their learning curve and ensure skill transfer.
• Assist in hospital setup and case coverage to enable smooth adoption of the HUGO RAS system.
