Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Mako Support Specialist to partner with surgeons and OR teams in robotic-assisted hip, knee and partial knee procedures. You will plan with CT-based simulations, set up robotic systems, train staff, and help optimize workflows.

The role is field-based with extensive travel and requires a 3–6 month English-language certification. The position covers Lindesberg, Arboga, Västerås areas; relocation within 45 minutes preferred and compensation aligns with Sweden pay

Qualifications

Fluency in Swedish and English required.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
Ability to work in a hospital operating room environment.
Completion of a 3–6 month English-language certification program.

Responsibilities

Support surgeons, nurses and OR teams during robotic-assisted hip/knee procedures within territory.
Prepare and review pre-operative CT plans including 3D models and implant planning.
Collaborate with surgeons to finalize surgical plans before procedures.
Set up, test and support robotic equipment to ensure readiness.
Deliver clinical and technical training on robotic tech to healthcare professionals.
Troubleshoot equipment and workflow issues during cases and coordinate resolution.
Document clinical cases, manage inventory and purchase orders, support territory operations.
Collect feedback and inform product development and engineering teams.
